P.Genz is not only just an Artist (music and design), but he is also an Entrepreneur and owner of Essence Gold.
ESSENCEGOLD is a lifestyle brand specializing in the realms of good music, art, and stylish fashion. Its products are all the toil and effort and vision of its’ creator, P.Genz.
The journey began in 2008 with the birth of Essence Gold Music. It has been the hub for Genz’ sterling catalog of albums, EPs, and mixtapes — it is the essence of lyrics and sound. Furthermore, he also took interest in the art field and graduated with an BA in Graphic Design. Now the mission was: to find a unique way of merging the music with design in a seamlessly fashion.
This led way to creating fashion pieces in 2012 that derived from utilizing graphic design in conjunction with ideas and inspiration from the music. Essence Gold Clothing became a combination of striking visual art (i.e. the brain within the heart on the MindLOVE logo), and sweeping life affirming messages, undeniably taking the fashion world by storm from the ground up.
Essence Gold Clothing has been showcased, modeled, and most of all, proudly worn in places from New Jersey, Georgia, California, Japan, South Africa, etc. In the welcome spirit of charity, a special “pink” line is created yearly in the month of October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) and portions of its sales are donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
